Personal training & nutrition coaching:   I offer highly individualized programs which include nutrition coaching as well as personal training.  If you’re sick of dieting, counting calories, and constantly worrying about food I can help you:)  If you want to get stronger and build some muscle we can work together to help you reach your fitness goals.

Community Workshops and Corporate Programs:   Interactive, engaging and educational workshops to inspire your friends and co-workers.  These workshops explore ways to implement better nutrition and life choices, resulting in healthier, happier employees.
